I've seen her — twice. She is legit, though I did have an awkward experience the second time when I cashapped her and she then asked me to send to a different account. I don't believe the deleted unanswered emails should remove them from your own inbox. Like outlook if the sender deletes the send it stays in your inbox as an unread message. I think I've noticed some other bugs in seeking as well.

Don't know what your budget might be but if Metro access is important to you, I would avoid the Tyson's area and stick to Arlington (Rosslyn), Alexandria (Crystal City / Reagan National Airport) or Springfield (395/495 mixing bowl area) areas. Lots of SBs in the surrounding area although my experience has been that some of them prefer Uber (infinitely more expensive) over Metro so be prepared for "pay my Uber" requirement.
