I wouldn't trust it. It appears that whoever is responsible for the page, bought up a bunch of domains with the format "(city_name)escorts.net", along with a few other variations. All of those pages use the exact same content, just replacing the appropriate city name wherever it comes up in the content. Same girl, same images and same email address. In SEO, they are called "doorway" pages.

Not to mention, I'm DEFINITELY NOT a fan of the huge red banner at the top, explicitly stating the exact services offered.

I would skip this one altogether. It could be anything from a simple data gathering scheme, to things far more nefarious.
