The landlord may not be completely satisfied, but with the rent getting paid on time every month, is content to let the "new" operator carry on as any knowledge he had about the original operation is now cured by the "expectation" that a new owner is running a clean operation at least until he gets fresh complaints from tenants and LE. Tough business!

Haven't checked out the Mall in quite a while but it wasn't unusual to see indy providers asking 2 or 3 / hr for FBSM.
