I would imagine more is spent on crack than heroin. While heroin is a little more addictive than crack, it is cheaper and it's effects last longer. One is more likely to overdose and die from heroin than crack, but crack is far more traumatic to the various body systems than heroin is. If a loved one is taking care of a heroin addict, or else they are highly functional, they can generally live until their seventies sans contraction of disease.

In terms of addiction, meth is supposed to be the most addictive; in terms of what percentage of addicts are able to kick the habit, nothing is as devastating as meth, which ironically is the cheapest of the three.

I never knew the amount spent on the habit on a given day, I suppose it's similar if the addiction is crack. I suspect the majority of the SW's do both H and crack. Another unsettling thought: That's a lot of dick sucking each and every day!

She's on the low end. A lot (and I mean a LOT) are 160-200 a day. Do the math on that. Number of customers and yearly cost. Mind blowing. Now think of what the dealers are making. This is why the war on drugs is virtually unwinnable, the money is staggering.

Went driving tonight on the south loop several times as I hardly saw any uncle LEO. However wasn't much either hiding in the dry places. Saw only a couple. Thought I got lucky when one exited a car but she must have just gotten happy as she just went dancing in the rain right on bye.

I hit the loop this morning and on my second pass on National I scooped a 26-year old named Paige. Thin, mid-length blonde hair who looked good from 30 feet away. She got in and I could smell that I had made a mistake. Also, based on what I saw on her left arm and back of her neck, I thought she may have narrowly escaped a fire. Trying to get a mistake out of your car is a challenge. I suggested me doing a FIV while she gave me a HJ in hopes of ending this quickly. We talked as I drove and she was actually quite nice. I asked her to take down one leg of her pants for access and Paige said she was embarrassed because she does "H" and picks her skin when she's high.
