I love our military, I was prior militar, but man you act like navy seals are some invincible ultimate weapon. Yes they have a lot of training but the biggest thing that gives them the upper hand in any mission is the element of surprise and crap load of planning beforehand.

The seal has maybe a handgun and no armor. So just be realistic, no way one seal can face four guys in that situation.
