I heard many bad reviews about Kai being stiff, a clock watcher and too many rules. In fact one of her rules were no AA, but I saw her a week or two before BP went down and I'm Black. I work in the area she was advertising and she agreed to 100 for a QV if I could get there in 10 mins. In person she sounds nothing like she does over the phone, but her pictures are VERY accurate.
