Shortlyvafter dark made the scoop on Dundalk Ave westbound near Boston Street.

Cop Check ok. Bragging she was not known there bc was frim Highlandtown & had a wet pussy.

Agreed on 20 + tip (head) or 40 + tip (1/2 & 1/2) if she could get me hard enough. Started head while driving. She stopped. After 3 minutes she stopped service to collect & demanded $ up front. Maybe if you didn't know her when she first hit the strip, you might think that she's "doable", but in comparison from then to now; just for me, she is nowhere, not even close to the Heaven I meet. That's a real shame about Heaven's deterioration. I met her in November 2015 when she had just arrived from Florida and had only been in Baltimore for a week. What a pretty girl, even with the ugly tattoos. She was very good at her job and seemed to enjoy it. From what I understand this is still the case.
