Because of this, some alt right and white power groups are adopting this symbol for two reasons, they can use it and when they get called on it they can quote this story you are talking about. There are Alt right and WP groups and individuals using this symbol BECAUSE of the plausible deniability. "What? I'm just saying OK. " And they like to troll people.

I have personally sat in court, with this same JackAss, and he ran out of court & wouldn't address the court. It's funny trying to expose a guy with no criminal record and one who has nothing to fear. What it does do is give the defendant the plaintiffs address and that alone was worth the time and money loss going to court to watch this coward run out of court screaming obscenities.
