Google hangouts can be used in conjunction with your Google voice number. And it can be set up to only use data (it might be the default setting).

Texting and phone calls can be made through the app. Pics can be sent / receives, but video can't be sent.

Same, while I did manage to see her a few times, there were plenty of times in between where I was unable to get a response. Granted, she seems to work limited hours and I'm sure there were a lot of guys trying to see her. But last time I tried, I sent her several texts, on a night during which she posted several ads (including one that went up RIGHT after I sent her a text), and heard nothing. At this point I think I've potentially given up on trying, especially given my most recent session.

So, I had attempted to see Mandy on a few occasions in the past, but had been unsuccessful as she's typically fairly difficult to get an appointment with. I met with her early afternoon today for the first time and she is indeed a sweetheart. She did not pick up on my call so I immediately sent a text. She responded quickly and said she was available if I was ready to meet now. So, if you're lucky to make initial contact (text might be best) you should be ready to see her right away. She is most definately worth the effort.

She is. I just saw her a couple weeks ago when I was up that way. Good as ever with a new wrinkle she's added to her performance (got a second pop out me me which is sometimes tough when she makes me blow so hard first pop.).
