Use Google Translate on your phone. A girl showed me this a while ago and as long as I am getting along with the girl, it's kind of fun to play with it. Start out with a phrase (making sure you picked the correct language to translate to) like "you are very cute, what is your name?" and then gesture her to speak her answer into the device.

Regarding your other questions, it's a combination of relocating to other establishments in the country, or rotating back home for a bit.

Just take in $140 and give it to mamasan, so you can tell her legitimately that's all you have. She'll accept it. (I know others say they've gotten her down to 100 or 120, but if you don't want to haggle, she'll be happy with 140 - she'll ask for more, but she'll be happy with it) Tell her it's your first time (she has an incredible memory), she won't care. She may give you the pat down or ask if you have a knife or something, but she'll remember you next time and you won't have to do it again. I stopped by 3 weeks ago when they first started advertising. Appt set up by text. Clean house right across the street from Aldi's. Provider was ok looking and she had a real slutty dress on.
