Use Google Translate on your phone. A girl showed me this a while ago and as long as I am getting along with the girl, it's kind of fun to play with it. Start out with a phrase (making sure you picked the correct language to translate to) like "you are very cute, what is your name?" and then gesture her to speak her answer into the device.

Regarding your other questions, it's a combination of relocating to other establishments in the country, or rotating back home for a bit.

I stopped by 3 weeks ago when they first started advertising. Appt set up by text. Clean house right across the street from Aldi's. Provider was ok looking and she had a real slutty dress on. Taken to one of the bedrooms were room was set up with massage table. I took an hour and she gave a decent massage. She barley spoke any English and wouldn't give me her name. I would go in and act like you haven't been there in ages. You will have more credibility than a rookie with mamas an. She might short you on time or service, just to be cautious with you.
