Somewhere along the line about 15 years ago that went up to 20% my sister who is well versed in etiqutte told me this. But If you get a HE I spose it would go up to 40 bucks and that was learned from you guys. I have only received 1 HE in my life. That was at 16 at the HS with my pants still on. Fucking traumatic trying to hide a jizz stain at that age.
