Oh yes. We do display all licenses, and, in fact, it is required by the village. Background / FBI checks are also required. Hell, they even did a background check on me. Our business strategy is to make sure everybody knows we are legit. When a guy walks in asking for extras and she refuses him, everybody loses. But when a customer, a forum member, comes to our store, he knows he will get a great legit massage from a nice person. Forum members are some of our nicest customers.

If true, would not the appropriate responsive business strategy be to exhibit licenses, when they exist, on the walls in the lobby as evidence of the bona fides of the establishment? It would seem that the business with the most licenses, prominently displayed / advertised would be less susceptible to harassment or license checks / enforcement, and thus, be in a competitively more advantageous position in the market.

Some of the recent spa issues could possibly have been avoided if they did not draw attention to themselves. Until the recent issue at the flower shop within 10 minutes of getting in the massage room and worst case end of the massage, anything was offered. A little due diligence can go a long way.

What's that have to do about being slow? Lots of guys go for hhr and have to hurry up. Maybe it's the quality of the massage therapist they are too old.

And, finally, the new Federal Administration has taken a significantly more aggressive stance with respect to immigration enforcement. So the penalty for messing up is very steep. As a result, people are much more cautious. Take that one step further and it means your odds of getting extras has declined. So perhaps you are less likely to go for a massage. I guess the other trend. Asking for tips up front. Might be the result of supply and demand. If they know you have fewer alternatives, they might be more inclined to get greedy. And, if business is slow, perhaps they try to maximize the cash from the customers that do appear.

Yes I hear a lot of spa don't want to hire unlicensed massage therapist so not a lot of young ones out their except older ones. Sign of the times?

Heard from a few popular providers in the city that it's been real slow. I've been doing my fair share. Anyone know why it's been slow? Thanks.

In a big market like Chicago there are probably a few reasons;.

Competition from other providers.

Varying prices for services.

Sometimes guys aren't available when a provider is around.

Depending on what a provider is willing to do or not do.

Chicago is a buyer's market. Us guys can pick and choose what provider to play with.

Married guys have to spend time with their wives and kids.

These girls can't expect a constant flow of business on a given day. Back in the day a provider could make decent money doing this. These days not so much.

In general the scene sucks with some exceptions but they are few. I'm waiting for a turn around.

Hello, a bit of a newbie to the forum but not to the scene. I'm into Full service places and was wondering if anyone could give me any insight to any places that offer for reasonable prices. (I. E. , $100- $150).

The ones I've come accross so far is CL in rockford, Honey and temptations in Miller. Don't no of any parlors.

Well, if you were at CL in Rockford, the only way you got FS for the quoted price is if you took a half hour visit. An hour (my usual) is. 70 plus the tip for 'services rendered'. ELB, across the street from CL, is another such shop with identical services available for the same price. There are other place in that general area, but prices are higher and in the case of AMP's, you (usually) won't get FS on a first visit. Geneva has a dependable option, but again, slightly out of your price range. Check some of the out-of-Chicago threads for more information.

Did a search on the phone number in the ad; went to the other site. Didn't say specifically, but sounds exactly like an experience I had many years ago (Much younger and Much stupider!) at the Girls! Girls! Girls! Place on North Ave. In Glen Ellyn. Total rip.
