How can a lurker ho reads but he er posts write a review of a provider without others assuming she put him up to it by offering a carrot or threatening with a stick? It is understood that everyone gains credibility over time as increasing numbers of people come to the conclusion that someone is for real. Naturally a first review will likely be treated with a "wait and see" attitude. That caution is fair. But it might be unfair to assume that even a provider with a well established reputation for legitimacy would engage in low brow tactics. I have seen members cast webs of suspicion over providers who may not have deserved to have their good names tarnished. What do I say to a lurker who wants to post a review without this unintended consequence happening to someone he wants to accurately represent?
