Used to be, if a monger was unfortunate enough to be present in a local AMP when a LE bust went down, the monger would be allowed to leave without so much as a hand-slap by LE, or this is the impression I had gotten in the past from reading this board. In terms of new laws, is a monger potentially in more trouble these days in the scenario I just outlined?

Pursuant to the new law, however, if the adult "is a victim of sex trafficking," the offense becomes a class C felony, punishable by up to five years of imprisonment and up to a $10,000 fine. The customer or potential customer doesn't need to know for sure that the adult provider is a victim of sex trafficking, because the new law says that even "reckless disregard of the fact that the other person is a victim of sex trafficking" is sufficient. An adult provider is considered a victim of sex trafficking if the provider was compelled or induced by a pimp, so-called boyfriend, or anyone else "by force, threat, fraud, or intimidation to engage in prostitution". So in light of the new law, mongers should be extra careful that a provider isn't being compelled or induced by anyone, by force, threat, fraud or intimidation, to engage in prostitution. I don't really know what the definition of the law is but. 99 percent of those girls are not residents of Hawaii. They all come from different states to work here. In that light. That's where the trafficking comes in. Being held against their will is totally bullshit everyone knows they basically come on their free will to check out the work scene here. Some like it and some leave in week or two. But on the trafficking side. None will back up the Mama or owner if they were to be questioned or arrested thus easy case for states evidence. They will probably say they were asked to work there or brought in and being from a different state perhaps the trafficking laws apply. They are using that new law they passed on human trafficking and it is scary if you think of it. 5 girls come in to work and you get 5 counts of trafficking. It would make an owner think twice about staying open or closing. Theres always the ones that will say its not going to happen to me or the ones that will hire a lawyer to stay open. In any case I'm sure what's going to happen is. The bigger popular places will hire legal counsel to get around this and stay open. Kaneshiro doesn't know what he's talking about. Look for trafficked women in AMPs is a bit of a waste; most of the girls I've encountered tell me that they choose to be AMP workers; they have their reasons, love of sex, deciding that if they going to fuck the may as well make a buck (monetizing the pussy), need money to finance lifestyle or raise kids, college etc.

A mere formality; Orchids, for all intents and purposes, has been "closed" for years. I remember when that place had good talent; black, local, white and asian women that were young, beautiful and fun to fuck. It's in a fantastic location for an AMP next door to one of the most popular strip clubs on Oahu, a first stop for a strip club patron looking to relieve the blue balls.

I did a double take that 2 popular girls went to a relatively obscure AMP that almost nobody talks about.
