I'm not sure if this is the right place for this but I was going ask how to get the cheapest viagra? I have a script but insurance doesn't cover it. It going to cost like 350 for 10 tablets. Depends on factors- the laziness of the cops involved, the determination (prickliness) of the neighbors, etc. If the neighbors persist and complain regularly-and they could potentially lie and say they 'think' its drug sales, the cops will come by and (to 'protect' themselves from public complaint), create a record and maybe issue a warning and / or a citation --initially to any occupant of the 'offending' location, but eventually, it would go to the Landlord -doesn't' have to be complex --as simple as 'Public nuisance' -and for those w / shorter memories, back in '09, Tommy Darthead filed a civil lawsuit to go after Craigslist citing the users as creating a "public nuisance. " Or they could use 'occupancy' or health dept laws-IOW, using everything and anything except charging the actual activities going on. A couple hundred $ in citations to a Landlord, and, and that would likely end it. Again depends on a lot of factors. If it's quiet and the neighbors (or landlord) arent nosy types, I've seen situations like this last for years-one setup I saw unraveled twice in 1 year, Not bec of providers coming and going--it was because of the hobbyists were getting loud / obnox / drunk afterward, outside the apt.

I think a mid sized walk up apartment complex in the city is ideal because there are a lot of different people coming in and out and in the city (Wicker park, old town, etc) there are lots of younger people who don't care / notice what's going on. Its the old battys with too much time on their hands that you'd have to worry about. A 3 flat apartment or something smaller might also be more difficult to pull off. My advice is to be like a gazelle, hide in the numbers.

The neighbours might notice a lot of different men and women going in and out, but it's not like a provider setting up in an apartment and a string of guys are visiting her at all hours. So what are they going to tell crazy Uncle LEO to get him to come around? For all they know, it's a group of swingers who have decided to rent an apartment where they can party without having to worry about finding a good hotel with a room available. To arrest anyone, LEO would almost have to be inside the apartment and catch you in the act of giving the provider you bring around the donation. The worst I can think a neighbour (or neighbours) could do is give you a dirty look as you're walking up to have some fun, and who gives a crap?
