The neighbours might notice a lot of different men and women going in and out, but it's not like a provider setting up in an apartment and a string of guys are visiting her at all hours. So what are they going to tell crazy Uncle LEO to get him to come around? For all they know, it's a group of swingers who have decided to rent an apartment where they can party without having to worry about finding a good hotel with a room available. To arrest anyone, LEO would almost have to be inside the apartment and catch you in the act of giving the provider you bring around the donation. The worst I can think a neighbour (or neighbours) could do is give you a dirty look as you're walking up to have some fun, and who gives a crap?

Even if spoiled-hedge-fund-manager-hobbyist should have a brain that would work after the small head is taken care of. Unless she serves as her clients' own private porn stars and let her clients record everything, I doubt hobbyists would be that easy to part with their money. Also, if it's that easy for her, she would probably advertise online somewhere. Certainly she can be completely UTR and her story can be just like the Girl Friend Experience on Stars Network, but that means she wouldn't even reach out to you over BP or CR routes.
