I saw this one about 2 weeks or so ago. Typical two call setup, she was pleasant over the phone and gave some easy to follow directions. She's in a quiet suburban space. I got to a slightly kept home, there was a dog running around and there was a hint of an odor but not potent enough to be a deal breaker for me. Another $40/ hr spot just down the street from (the original) Rose is, ah, interesting. Anybody got any hands-on experience at this spot? It'll be a minute until I'm back in that neck of the woods again and able to do my own recon.
