Same here. Had the feel of a routine are&T, but alas, nothing. Massage was meh at best.

Unless they catch you in a sexual act, there's nothing they can do. If they ask why you are there, just say you came for a massage. If they ask about specific sex acts, don't purger yourself. Just ask, if you're not arresting me, may a go? Or simply, "am I free to go?" If they don't have anything hard on you, they have to let you go. And you don't have to answer questions that could incriminate you.

As others have said, it depends. I'm not a lawyer, but I was arrested over 20 yrs ago for having sex in my car. Someone I picked up at a bar, not a street walker. Both of us were charged with gross indecency. It depends on how the arresting officer and prosocutor want to handle it. My guess is that you would be arrested, even if you were fully clothed just because they may want to send you a message. The prosocutor may look at the evidence and decide there is no case but the officer will put you through the process. When I was busted the booking officer was surprised I was arrested. She said she would have let me go with a warning. She asked if there were other officers present during my arrest and I said yes. She said that's likely why I was arrested. Officers are not very lenient in front of each other. Because I was caught in the act, they had an air tight case, so the prosocutor moved forward.

If you participate in this hobby, you have to be as careful as you can, but your chances of being arrested go up exponentially. Like the saying goes, if you can't do the time, don't do the crime. Although, the likelihood of you doing any actual time is zero.

In a prior raid, the customers were released and the ladies were arrested. I assume that depends on how the local area wants to prosecute the offense. At Lee, I heard they were new owners and didn't have a license. I would wonder what the final charges will be.

As long as they don't catch you in a sexual act I'm sure the most they could do is ticket you loitering in a place of illegal occupation or something along those lines which you probably could beat in court unless they have been raided multiple times.
