The article says there was a customer inside the business during the raid. What happens at that point as far as the customer is concerned? Is he arrested also or free to go. I have been to a couple of massage parlors in Flint, but always think what would happen to me if I was in the business during a raid. Thanks.

In a prior raid, the customers were released and the ladies were arrested. I assume that depends on how the local area wants to prosecute the offense. At Lee, I heard they were new owners and didn't have a license. I would wonder what the final charges will be.

As long as they don't catch you in a sexual act I'm sure the most they could do is ticket you loitering in a place of illegal occupation or something along those lines which you probably could beat in court unless they have been raided multiple times.
