I was in Chantilly and decided that I would have a Best massage. I was surprised today because I drew a young provider named BB. She is the youngest one I ever seen and has to be in her 30's. I thought this would either be great or it was going to be bad. Well, it started off like the best TS I have ever had. She knows exactly how to tease you to think the session will be fantastic. I requested medium and she obliged and did some teasing to make me think it would be great yet to come on the flip. The bad part started on the flip. Yes, negotiations (wanted 5 Jacksons for a handshake!) I was like sure it is, but I wasn't born yesterday. So there ended the session and I figured since she was so young she would want a premium anyway. There was no roaming at all or any chance for me to see the goods, so I have no idea to describe them to you. I said no thanks and went on my way still stressed out. Maybe you won't do the same now.

Declining to pay such an exorbitant tip, and opting instead to say "No thanks" and walk out, is the best policy. Not only do you save some funds for another day, you make it known that you won't be played for a sucker. After a few such times like this (assuming enough other mongers likewise decline such a request), the therapist will either gain an understanding of market rates or she will discover that the first 30 minutes of the session were for naught.

Basically, since the therapist gets little to no portion of the House Fee, the first part of the massage session is a "loss leader" for her. So, until the second part of the massage session, she is working for free (or a very low rate). She makes most of her money as a result of the second part of the session. But, if she upsells, performs poorly, or cops a crappy attitude, she won't get her tip.

Now, walking out still doesn't get you your House Fee back, but you have cut your losses to a minimum and saved what otherwise would've been the tip for another day. The only thing left to do after that is to report the therapist's and the AMP's name here on the USASG so your fellow mongers can also avoid the same situation at that location. Then, your only task is to find a place where you can get some decent stress relief. But, again, your fellow mongers can help out with that. In fact, check your Inbox.

Anna no longer works I believe. Victoria is not bad looking but her attitude is horrible. Alena looks good enough and her attitude is good. She's accommodating. I have yet to see MILA. I'd like to know info on her as well.

I've been using the Russian parlor for a couple years. Massage and HJ are included in price. I used to see Anna, and tall, thin Ukrainian girl. Right now the 4-hand for 1. 8 is awesome. I tried Victoria and Mila, and then Mila and Alena. Its not FS but read the ad. You can get some great extras but those are negotiated up front. No tipping.

Sara isn't as youthful looking as Jenny, but she was still easy on the eyes and had a nice rack that I was hoping to see more of. No TS with the HH session so got right to the massage. I've mentioned that the massages at this place are generally very nice, and this time was probably one of the best I've gotten. She asked if I wanted hard or medium, I said hard and she obliged. It was fantastic and exactly what I was looking for since my neck and shoulders were aching.

She had been teasing a bit throughout the massage but then started the soft touch. Very nice and drawn out soft touch. Then came the flip and out came those headlights I'd been waiting for. All natural see's from what I could tell. The finish was one of the best I've had even if it was basic nova but her technique was flawless.

I've complained before about the haggling for tips over here. At the end I handed her. 4 for tip and she coyly asked for more. Given her excellent performance I handed her another. 2 for a total. 60 + . 60 which is what I expected to be out anyway for an hour. I was pleased and will definitely have to visit for a full hour.

JmSuttr, I was trying to figure out where on your scale the tip would fit in for this situation. Did I pay out too much?

Headlights coming out to shine in the dark are absolutely worthy of a $60 tip, IMHO, especially when combined with a good massage and excellent finish. That and the fact that she's a provider you'd like to see again (and have as good or even better session) is also a solid reason to tip that amount.

From your report, I'd say your tip is very likely to pay nice dividends in the future. There are so many average and below average AMP girls out there so, when you find a good one, it's definitely worthwhile to express your appreciation.

Never been to Russian parlor so gave it a try. Saw Victoria. She is pretty but looked all business. No smile. Ask 1. 5 for H (100 HHR) and reminded that it is not FS. Massage was OK- no pressure just felt like rubbing the lotion on. Tried to small talk but she answered questions with negatives like "what do you like to do?" - "Nothing. ". After flip some more massage and put lotion on me and just started the finish. Asked about extras but too pricey. No touching and. 8 for nude I said no thanks. Total 1. 5 damage which really adds up to your typical. 6-8 + . 6-8 tip. BTW I paid 160 since she didn't have change. I say pass.

Second time I drew a Korean, early 40's, mid-back black hair. Slim. Also great job on massage. Again, half an hour, 60+60. I tipped more this time because I wanted to see what the difference might be. Didn't get much else. She was saying how cold it was that day and in the room.

She even put a blanket over me where she wasn't massaging.

Third time, called for an hour long appt. On the same day. Asked for Coco, MMS said fine. I get there and I get the same masseuse as last time. She told me Coco didn't work there anymore. Didn't matter. Got a TS this time and it was worth it.

Full wash with lots of rinsing and roaming. No rush as it was the middle of the day, 2 pm I think. Massage was great. She vaguely remembered me and that I liked my massage very hard, so she walked on my back. I really enjoy it. They have bars to facilitate balance for.

The masseuse. ST was next and it was really good. Evidently she was really cold last time. She straddled me and ran her hair down my back. It was amazing. Flip time. She lightly sucked my nipples for a second, which was fine but I didn't ask. She ran her hair over my buddy and.

There was more ST. Finish was great. 80+60 this time. I left the tip on the table before we started. She asked "No internet review" three times, so I won't give her name.

Should I be leaving the tip before the massage or wait until later? I researched some and it seemed like 60 was the local going rate.

IMHO, tipping should take place after the session. If you tip before, there's a possibility the girl will think the amount is not enough which means she will start haggling and, even if you win the negotiation, the level of service is likely to suffer. The other possibility is that the girl thinks the amount is fine, or even generous, but once the $ has changed hands there's no real incentive to provide great service. If you're lucky and you have a good AMP girl who wants to please and hopefully persuade you to come back as a repeat client, then you'll still have a good session. But if the roll of the dice has given you an average AMP girl who just wants to pocket the cash quickly and move on to the next client, then you're pretty much out of luck. One other point is that, for the better AMP providers, you generally won't have a problem tipping after unless you're a cheapskate.

If a girl asks me to tip before and we start to get into a negotiation process I usually tell her that I'm a good client and I will take good care of her because I would like to see her again. If that's not good enough for her then most of the time I will get up from the table and start to get dressed. When she protests (as she will always do since she works for tips) I explain that arguing about $ gives me stress and I don't enjoy it. Sometimes the girl will give in and ask me to stay, in which case I've almost always gotten a better than average session. Sometimes the girl will cop an attitude with me, like she's somehow doing me a favor, in which case I'll walk out without leaving any tip at all. Losing whatever the house fee was (usually only for a hh if it's my first visit to a place) is almost always better than what I would have lost by playing her game.

FWIW, the tipping schedule I follow is 40 for a std clothed HJ, 60 for substantial roaming, 80+ for BBBJ+ and if the girl is someone I would really like to see again I usually leave a little bit extra to help her remember me as a good client.

A couple of other observations: if you call and ask for a specific girl, MMS will almost always tell you she is working. Once they get you in the door they figure you'll probably stay and they're usually right about that. About your second visit, leaving more $ to see if it would make a difference would only make sense if you were seeing the same provider as before. Since there can be big variations between girls at the same AMP, a tip amount that one girl thinks is ok might be seen as cheap by another. But either way it's not an apples to apples comparison since you're dealing with a different provider.

The bottom line, IMHO, is to RTFF to inform yourself on the best AMPs out there and stick to the women who provide good service without upsell and hard negotiating tactics. Then, once you've found some good ones, take the time to develop those into ATFs and I think you'll find that a better strategy than spending your valuable time and hard-earned $ trying out a bunch of new places. And whenever you find a great one, make sure to get her private digits so you can get in touch with her if she moves to another place.

40 is standard NOVA finish. I give 60 if they go above and beyond. Hagglers I give 40 and not a penny more.

Just going to give a heads up on Potomac rt1 spa. I was there about a a week ago for a massage. Drawed the therapist lala or sasa that is a very small women long black hair. Paid for the hour massage, got undress and on table, she came in and ask what type I would like so I told her hard. She starts on the shoulders then about 10 minutes she said she was tired. Did not say anything and she kept going for 10 more minutes then said she was tired again. She told me to flip over which I did, and ask what was I looking for. Told her oral, she bartered for. 08 $ made me get up and pay in advance. She then pulled out a piece of plastic wrap and started a HJ to get things going then put the wrap on and started going down, which lasted 2 minutes if that. She then said she was tired and not feeling good. And started with HJ, I told her what I paid for and she went back for 30 seconds and started HJ again and state she was tired. So she was working the HJ for 2 minutes and said for me to finish on my own. She eventually finished the job. So now I have 1/2 hour of massage left. She rub my feet for a minute and said she was done. The massage was a 2 rating out of 10. She then said her stomach hurt and she was done. I got dressed and ask for the manager (mms) she said she left and was pushing me out the door. So giving fair warning not to go there.

It wasn't clear from your post whether this was your first visit to the spa or whether you'd been there before and just happened to draw a bad therapist on a repeat visit.

If it was your first time at the spa and you didn't have any intel before going in, one strategy is to book the half hour so you have less $ at risk if things go bad. Unless they're busy, you can usually extend without a problem if the therapist is a good one.

Also, you've got to listen to your hobby-sense in situations like these. Just like any first impression can be positive or negative, that is amplified when it comes to providers. The fact that she started complaining after 10 minutes while giving you a lame massage was a giant red flag. If she had a bad attitude during that part of the session it was highly unlikely the sensual part was going to be any better. By listening to your hobby-sense you would have at least saved the $80 you spent on that horrible sounding plastic wrap BJ. Wow, I wonder if she uses a fresh piece of wrap every time? Maybe you got some tuna sandwich residue from her lunch!

Of course there are a lot of AMP girls who don't give a great massage but then go on to perform well with the extras. But it's the combo of lame massage and crappy attitude that was the killer. Probably best to cut your losses and just walk out. At least that wastes as little of your time as possible.
