There are a few things I've done over the years to help on the endurance. First off if you are pretty new at this it must be super exciting, so that will improve with time. Viagra helps with multiple rounds. I find that a 90.

Min cardio workout the morning of significantly improves endurance, as well as high protein low carb breakfast / lunch. If I am spending a lot and booking a 90 min or greater session, half a bump goes a long way as well. I agree with NuGuy36 in that the vast majority of providers want you to nut and get out. If you're there for the long haul, make sure the provider is cool with it BEFORE handing her the donation.
