I agree with NuGuy36 in that the vast majority of providers want you to nut and get out. If you're there for the long haul, make sure the provider is cool with it BEFORE handing her the donation. The more you go the more comfortable you will be and things will be much better. I'm a mess when I'm nervous. Viagara is the bomb. Just get refills.
