If you are going down Telegraph road, it's just past IKEA on the right side of the street. Not facing the street, but in a small industrial park looking lot (we turned around there and that's how we came across it). It is called XY massage and had a neon Open sign.

It was 60 for an hour, (full hour given) added a "body shampoo" for extra 20. This was not a table shower, it was soap and washcloth on the massage table. I would pass on that if I go again. I am no spring chicken. I will say this talk of old ladies being better because of experience is very noble. It wasn't that many years ago that we all would have laughed at such nonsense. I was over on that area, and decided to make a trip to this place. Had been there once when it first opened and was a decent experience.

I made an appointment with her a week ago. Found out she and Cristine had moved from previous location to Fairfax where some others also live and work. Had a nice visit and she led me into the back bedroom with its own bathroom. Not sure if anyone else was in the apt but I didn't hear anything and no one came in to use the bathroom. In fact, she locked the bedroom door as we walked in so we would have privacy. Vivian provides a good service and value for your dollars but I have twice experienced delays in our appointed time as she has a tendency to take other appointments after scheduling and I have had to wait. The last time I had to cancel as she postponed our meeting as she had taken a shorter term appointment while I was enroute to see her. The delay, 45 minutes, prevented me from seeing her as my hobby window was closing. To be fair, she did text me while I was on the way asking me to delay but I don't text or call while driving. Not sure if I will see her again.

Recommend you pass. I saw her last week based on the previous review. Location is nice, but service was less than what I get at FWC. YMMV of course. Condo parking was a bit wonky too.
