As a male monger and chaser of women of ill-repute, I am well aware of the various complaints we men continuously make against providers. Both are right. It is possible to make great money as a provider and stay safe. I saw that happen more a few decades ago than I do these days. I have commented before, about what drugs mean to providers, and how that condition can make for a less expensive market with amazingly uninhibited providers from the monger's standpoint.
