He never lost the ability to post, he lost the ability to post without having his posts moderated because he insisted that he would continue doing what he's doing.

I still think he's an asshole and untruthful (I admit I'm not unbiased, he's kind of being a dick with me) but nobody has taken away his ability to post. PM's yes, he lost that right as well but he can post.

Here is an example of a guy who posted the same info and followed the rules. This chick hasn't just been charged, she's been convicted of aggravated prostitution as well. That means she has been tested, found positive, and informed of that status by a competent authority. There is no possibility of a mistake and guys do indeed need to know about her.

Just a public service announcement to let you guys know that it was on the news today that a SW by the name of Misty was busted and charged with aggravated prostitution for turning tricks after she was known to be HIV positive.

That being said, I can appreciate the difficulty admin is faced with when it comes to protecting both the monger and the provider. However, information indicating that a provider may have a communicable illness, sexually or otherwise transmitted, shouldn't be stifled since our very hobby depends on safety. If in the event that some horrible but preventable illness got spread around, HPD might not be so inclined to turn a blind-eye to our deeds. Just a thought.

Yes you guys can pass info through PM. We discourage guys from reporting false info but I there is no rule against reporting that chicks rob people. A while ago I worked on a team that was putting together an application for use in offshoring medical transcribing, I know what hipaa is, I know what kind of confidentiality that docs are supposed to keep.

All I can say is this shit is no joke, if your doubtful, go and get tested yourself, get the results, from their on you have the responsibility of doing what's necessary to rectify the situation, get your paper results and if its negative, good, if you'd like, show them providers privately in person and, the last several in person you can remember, providers and civilians the results. Allegedly, supposedly discussions is all nonsense so don't post it here, and keep it private, it's totally unnecessary to post that stuff here. Just show last girls you had contact with in person, (providers that you see) the results, and tell them to get tested as well. If you end up testing positive then You have the responsibility of showing (all the partners you have last contacted with) that you can remember and let them know what you have. Since when is a picture of a provider's current state considered an STD allegation? There were no STD allegations whatsoever made in that post. As an admin, you should be smart enough to know better.

To be fair Admin, that WAS a nasty picture and Cronus said nothing about the provider having an STD. For all we know, the provider could've been assaulted and had her injuries scabbing over since it was a picture of her face and nothing else. I think you should reevaluate that infraction.
