First off MD Bellamy gave some good advice. I have more rules that keep me from seeing a provider than those that green light me. I am not going to give them all to you but here are the most important that work for me.

1 she must have a minimum of 2 reviews.
2 She must have a pic of her face preferably all self taken pics.
3. She must not have a handler / pimp or give the appearance she has a pimp or "roommates".
4. I don't do walk in / thru hotels anymore unless she's a regular, I prefer hotels where the door opens up to the outside.
5. I never do more than a QV for the first time with a provider.

For what it's worth, here's my (free) advice before you take the plunge.

Check out the reviews here and find someone who has been reviewed favorably several times. That means she is legit (in our sense of the word) and ought to filter out Uncle LEO, scams, and (most probably) robberies.

Do your homework on age, race, body type, services on BP (and here). Phone and get a vibe. Is she drugged or sleepy or smoky-voiced? You won't be able to confirm anything on the phone about services, though.

If you set up a meeting, check out the area--be prepared to leave. Park your car round the corner if you can. Take only the money you need. Don't take any items you don't want to lose.
