Can anyone confirm or deny based on 1st hand experience whether Jade at 5 Knapp is the same provider as the former Tokyo at Jolin?

Honestly, I am surprised by your post. Apple have been there for years and have always been reviewed as a "Pass". Like you, I wanted to confirm it myself and gave it a shot few times including today. The massage (or whatever you call it) is horrible. She just uses her elbow the entire session. At one point of time, she will use her knees while kicking you. Not very attractive; Not interested with her job; Not willing to let you know that its not a legit.

Will add a ton of oil, rub and not massage, try to cover you all the time. On asking for a HE, she will pretend to not know anything about it.

Save your money and trip.

Looking for an AMP that has a provider that looks like Lucy Lui. I'd like her to be in her mid to late twenties. She should have a variety of massage skills and likes to please.
