Honestly, I am surprised by your post. Apple have been there for years and have always been reviewed as a "Pass". Like you, I wanted to confirm it myself and gave it a shot few times including today. Had a late meeting in the area and I dropped in to the Water St location. Didn't call first but it was no problem. Average looking girl showed me in. I think I was her last appointment for the day. Checked another spot, thought I'd share.

Some time ago when I was looking for a good place to try out I popped into a place on Mass Ave in Cambridge, right around Frank's. When I first visited I was greeted by an Asian woman a bit older than I like. So I decided to walk out and save my money. Recently I decided to give that spot another try, so I called over the weekend. I grabbed the last slot right before they closed.
