I don't know how it varies from state to state but I'm pretty sure you have to file as a film making entity, attain the appropriate permits and even file a script.

I'm not an expert in the field in any way but I don't think you can 'legally' just make a said film.

We all know that prostitution is illegal. We all know that porn is legal. When contacting a provider, why don't people just ask if they want to be in a porno? Make it to where the provider knows what's really going on. And after making said porno, the monger is not satisfied with it and deletes it right in front of the provider. I don't know how this would work out legally, but shouldn't we be thinking of trying to make this work? It would make it safer for everyone involved.

You also have to have somebody that keeps the records of real identification on all parties concerned and I think that becomes part of the public record.

If nothing else, you'd have LE charge you for making a movie without the necessary permits in certain municipalities. In others, the prosecuting attorney would ask you where your SAG card was, and when you didn't produce it, you and the provider would be found guilty for the illegal pay for play.

This is a typical of her. She had behaved this way to me when I had to cancel on her as my plans got messed a bit due an urgent personal issue. She never listened & sent many texts within few minutes calling names. I replied her that she is fukin nuts and stopped communicating with her.

I have been away for a bit and decided to return to the area to help my mother who has chronic heart failure, liver failure, diabetes and carpal tunnel. I usually stay to myself, except for the occasional duo with one of the other lovely ladies. I normally have no issue with them. We have fun, we part ways til next time. Most recently I have been duoing with Pet aka Petra. I've never had an issue with her, have always respected her and I have always went to her locale to save her time and trouble. She and I are NO LONGER doing duos.

As posted, I went to Pittsburgh recently. I was held up by a day, but made it there eventually. The day of arrival Pet texted me inquiring about a duo she had asked me about days previously. I had told her that I intended to return Thursday, but it was not a guarantee. I never confirmed, never made it official, we didn't set a time, nothing. While in Pittsburgh, Thursday morning, Pet texted me asking if I would be there. I responded that, as the day before I had said, that I could not be there, I was in Pittsburgh and would not return until Saturday now being that I was held up late getting there. Boy, she blew her lid!! Like, she literally lost her marbles.

I received 100 texts within a 15 minute time frame. At first, I merely laughed at her and told her that she was behaving in such a way over $200. I told her she needed to put the bottle down, it was too early for the drama. Then I preceded to inform her that she had no right to speak to me in such a manner and since she was being so disrespectful, there would no longer be duos.

This girl called me every name in the book, she made an allegation that I have probably allowed my daughter to be molested (who even entertains those thoughts?) She made a threat against me that if I am anywhere near her exit, or any exit, she " had me ". Basically threatening to turn me in. She said she was telling people that I was a heroin junkie. She called the other ladies I duo with junkies. She said because I was so skinny, had tattoos and piercings, that she had to BEG these clients to do duos with us to help me out. Ha! What a load of crap. If she had to beg them to do duos with us, they wouldn't have spent their 300. No one will be forced into seeing a lady they're not attracted to. On and on she went. She said that she resorted to drinking every time I was there because it kept her from beating my f*ing face into the f*ing ground (her words) and that she would make sure I couldn't see out of the other eye.

Like, she really took it to levels that were extreme.

I've seen her and heard her behave in such a way before with a guy if they ncns'd her, but never had she behaved that way with me. I also know that when her sister was in town, she had other hobbyists helping her to make fake appt. 's, she had her boyfriend help Florence police set her up during an appt, claiming it was to get her sister help. If anyone even tries to abide Pet in this childish behavior, you will have your name, number, board handle, etc black listed on every site.

I did nothing to deserve her tantrum nor the level of disrespect that she took it to. I have snap shots of every single text she sent to me. It was so uncalled for. She and I have clients that we both see. I do not want to discuss Pet during our appt. 's nor do wish to hear what she says about me. If you see her and she starts her tantrum ranting regarding me, please simply remind her of why you are there in her company. No one should bad mouth, downgrade another provider during an appt. I most certainly will not.

I didn't want to post this, but when we have another provider in the community making threats of having one set up, she there by becomes a risk to the community. That is NOT cool and I will not tolerate it. Neither should anyone else. She could have handled the situation in a different manner, but she chose not to. Her doing. I most certainly will not sit back and allow some chick to make threats towards me nor bring my children into something that does not concern them. Everyone knows I am a mother first and foremost. Do not mess with my babies and you darn sure do not make allegations such as she did. She needs to evaluate why she allows such things to go through her mind. I pity her.

I would appreciate no one entertaining her in trying to set me up, making fake appt's, etc. It is not nice and it is childish. She should have better things to do with her time.

Ladies: be very careful when doing duos. Do the duo, then leave. You never know the level one can go to when they don't get their way, get mad, etc.

Fireguy I'm going to go so far as to say petra is NOT nice or close to it. I think she's very fake.

Like I mentioned I had canceled an appointment with her many hours in advance and she mentally exploded and within several texts from her she was threatening to get me fired from my job if I did not send her a cancelation fee.

She's not stable or nice. She gets coal for Christmas!

Just my personal experience an if you want a similar one that shows petras true colors then cancel an appointment or do something to disappoint her and the creature comes out.

Maybe she was just really hurt and deeply dissapointed because she loves what I do bcd's! Not.

I don't need my job threatened by a unstable provider like petra.

If my post led people to believe I was calling DD a liar, I apologize. What I was trying to relay when I said "if it's true" is that only the two of them know what took place. I have no reason to doubt DD at all. If what she says happened did, and again I'm not calling her a liar, then Petra is 100% in the wrong. They are two nice, grown women that will either work this out or go their separate ways. It would be nice for stuff like this not to take place, but there is no area in our lives that drama won't insert itself and spoil something good.

I don't know or ever met this Petra girl, but I've met Dawn, she is a sweetheart, and I believe her, why would she lie? She has no reason to, because she's one of the best or the best provider on here, so Petra won't be seeing me in the near future, just my two cents.

I've seen Petra a few times and never had an issue. I even took part in a duo with her and DD and had a good time. She's been at the top of my list of favorites since the first time we met. I've had to cancel on her a few times because of unforeseen situations and she was nothing but polite and understanding. I've never seen this side of her as described by DD. With that being said, if what DD said is true, Petra's behavior was out of line. This hobby is taking hits from LE and unreliable user providers. It's sad that two reputable providers are interacting in this manner. It leaves me even more jaded than I was before I read this. We get into this hobby to escape drama and I'm finding more and more issues every day. I'm not white knighting Petra here at all. If what was said is true then Petra is in the wrong. I just wanted to shed light on my experiences with her. Stay safe.

She takes countless dicks up her ass for 50.00 or some insane cheap price for an ass fuckin so she's going to hce her rabid followers who don't appreciate her being bashed, even when ITS TRUE! She is a nasty beatch in the real life xuz brothers I've seen an I've heard it.
