I like Philly and Honolulu for good AMPs but if I'm down in Dallas I will have to dedicate some time for the hobby. I'd like to add that Vancouver BC has great Asian apartments for the price. Been many times bc of convenience more than any other reason. Always the same price which is 60/ hr and standard tip without ever having to negotiate. Problem here is the talent.
