First off let me say that I am in no way new to this hobby or these boards. I am a 10 yr. Veteran of the hobby and was at one time fairly active on CLR. But for few different reasons I have been on a hiatus for a while. In 2009-2010 I was sick of wasting my money and time on chance encounters and had met Leenie at Malu's in Medford so I rolled with that for a while. But she left, I moved out of the area and then coincidentally began a new relationship so I disappeared for a bit. Obviously CLR shut down too. Then I got the itch again so I I jump at an ad for a place in Lawrence. That was a mistake across the board. Terrible service and LE eventually wound up with my name and info. So that spooked me back into hiding for a while. But f*ck it I'm back now and just wanted to reintroduce myself but offering up a couple reviews of places I have enjoyed recently.

First place is in Revere add is below.

This girl is an independent working out of her apt in Manchester. The Apt is a mess. But the experience was overall very good. Different but a nice different. Not everyone would be into it it's like a massage meditation type thing. Really hippyish with a lot of talk about aurora and energy but really a nice time. The girl is average I terms of looks. No more that a 6 but a nice body 8. I came in she was real welcoming and made me comfortable. We went to her bedroom where she has a massage table. I took off my cloths and she started. She burns incense and uses scented oil. Again very different but she works your energy and hers toward your ass and boys and ultimately junior. The best part was at the end she works up toward what I wouldn't call a traditional tease but more of a build up where she loses her closes. All but the thong. She rubs and pushes on the very base of junior under the boys. Then she climbed up on top of the table with me and put her legs under mine all the way with my legs wrapped around her waist. We were almost chest to chest. Then her finished my very aggressively and loudly. She tells me to let it go emphatically and I obliged her again all over both of us. Whether we like it or not the facts and requirements are clear if you take the time to understand them. I know them well. I have even gone in person in Boston to the License Board with one of the girls that operates an AMP in Mass currently and spoken with a dual speaking Chinese / English staff person. To operate a massage business and advertise as such or in anyway use the word massage requires a Mass license. Even an owner holding a legit license does not give them the ability to employee girls without a Mass license. Exception is if the employee only indicates they do bodywork and NOT massage. When I discussed this point to death with the license board staff member she even went so far as to suggest the girl might display a sign on her clothing indicating bodywork only! LOL Can't you picture that! All nonsense aside my point is there is little to no wiggle room if and when a massage business is blessed with an inspection.

Remember "massage" is controlled by the State not the local towns at least as of recent years. Bodywork is not controlled or not really even clearly defined by the State. This is the grey area that the typical AMP lives in. Now some towns, Arlington as of last October, has enacted their own town wide bodywork regulations. The only real State involvement has been the insurance inspections that were going on last year, more as harassment than anything else in my opinion. During those inspections they State inspectors also had the opportunity to catch them in the use of the term "massage". Bodywork in most towns has only required a simple business application in the local town offices that usually amounts to nothing more than a few buck and name address etc. Some of the AMP's are owned by Mass license holding individuals but they have specifically chosen not to register the business as a massage business because there are implication including fines a possible loss of license when inspections occur. Many bodywork places use the word massage and it never matters until an inspection. Just like anything else-it doesn't matter until it is a problem and then at a minimum they have to pay a fine.

OK if she was hit for performing massages without a Mass license that would be cause.

I believe in Mass it is a $1,000 fine and the Dept of Industrial accidents or State Licensing Board would be involved.

She may have some legal avenues being licensed in another state but without that Mass tag they got her.

Not sure if she can go under the title Body Works or Body Rubs. She would need to research that out.

Why oh why didn't she call her service "bodywork" and skirt the massage regulations like dozens of AMPs do? I don't get it. As for LMT's in the same building, I can't say I blame them if they complained. Making a go of a legit massage business with a jack shack down the hall, at a minimum, creates animosity. Moving away from direct licensed competition would have made more sense than trying to fly UTR.

Yup, been a few times just after they first opened. They moved from Revere Beach to Ferry St. A while ago. Nice clean, neat place, good service. At that time there were 3 or 4 girls working there, they come in all sizes, most, but not all have the Brazilian butt.

I concur, personal favorite of mine if I'm in the area. Still only 3-4 girls. Seen mixed reviews on this forum but I've always left satisfied.

Leeza is great but I agree with SS, other LMTs in the same building are offended by MPs offering 'more' and they complain that it has cost them business too. I'm sure they present the information to the landlord and she probably got evicted! If the lease were not renewed she would have had some notice and most likely setup business in a new place and let her customers know she was moving.

By simply showing the landlord her advertisements and written reviews from this and other sites is usually enough for the landlord to act. Perhaps the landlord sent someone in UC to confirm the allegations.

Times are getting tough in MA if Leeza got shutdown. Talk about victimless "crime". Leeza could not be a sweeter woman to anyone. Someone's got to stop that frustrated bi!#h Coakley. Leeza once told me that the town knows exactly what she does, has even sent in UC and she treated them the same way she did all her customers. Her understanding was that as long as she worked alone (not "deriving income from prostitution") she would be left alone. And obviously she was for years. This puritanical BS IS CRAZY.
