I got a friend who works for the city and he says they drive everything from Range Rovers to Honda Accords so you really have to pay attention and trust your guts.

Back in my late teens early 20s I used partake in the 420 quite a bit. Got busted making a transaction on the eastside one time by knockers in a Honda Civic no lights.
