I set up a lunch meeting with SB1. I don't know the area where she wants to meet. I ask her to suggest a place (error 1). I don't like where she picks. Sh tells me to pick one. So, I do. Sends me an email. She doesn't like where I picked. Well, I'm waiting for her when I get the email. Ok, already, I'm not liking this. As I roll out, I get a phone call from her. She has a work emergency and can't make it to lunch, but if I'm willing to come by her work she will run out and meet me (Really). So I show up in the office parking lot, call her and lo and behold she comes out. Dressed in her business attire complete with numerous corporate badges and security cards, looking much better than her photos. Hops in the car and we have a 5 minute conversation about nothing. Tells me she has a meeting and will call me in two hours. No call. Guess I failed my chemistry test. No joy for the Cmdr. LOL!

This sucks.

But be patient. She may contact you in a few days. I wouldn't try to contact her again immediately. If she doesn't get back to you, you could send her a friendly non-aggressive "thinking about you, how are you today?" type email or text which sometimes revives things.

A significant number of these apparent false starts turn positive. Many don't, of course. We have all had strikeouts.

Meanwhile, there are always more babies to pursue which will take your mind off SB1 while you wait.

Scott, I use cash for everything except hotels. The best I've been able to do with a credit card for hotels is this. I have several cc's which I do not try to conceal. One of them is tied to a former business and its po box. I get the statements online and pay the bill online from an account also tied to the po box and also with no paper statements. When I register at a hotel I use the po box address. The warden knows about the ccs and the accounts but doesn't try to monitor them, never sees a statement because there's no paper, and would have a difficult time doing so. If anybody ordered a credit report on me, which would be without my consent, they might get the balance and payment history for the cc but not the detail. For me it's easier to conceal transactions within a known account than to try to conceal the account. As always, we aren't talking about being able to conceal this stuff from the leo or the IRS, so I don't take tax deductions on any sb related activity.

I'm curious about prepaid debit cards but I like streamlining sb security to the extent possible and it seems like an extra step. But as you say, we live and learn.

Not from your area, but a fellow hobbyist crusing this thread and saw your post. I bought and used a pre-paid a couple of years back to make a purchase I didn't want on my regular credit card statement. You pay for the card, then you have to "activate" it by contacting the company that issued it. When you do this, the first thing they ask you for is a bank account that the card can be linked to. So, if you want a pre-paid that has no connection to you, you'll have to figure out some way to set up an account in another name you can make deposits to. Not easy. For myself, I found that some hotels need a credit card, but if you pay after you leave with cash, nothing appears on your card, so the whole transaction is more or less a "ghost" transaction. You probably know that though, so I hope the info on pre-paid cards is helpful. This is an interesting concept, and one I'm giving serious thought to investigating further (there being a large university not too far from where I live). Any advice in a PM would be greatly appreciated.

As others noted: 9's across the board. She looks as good live as she does in her pics, her skills are, with a couple of exceptions, at the very top of the heap, and she's sweet, personable and tasty. It was as much fun as any escort engagement I've ever had. And, unfortunately, as devoid of any sort of emotional connection as any of those engagements as well.

For some of us, that emotional connection is a part (sometimes a big part) of why we seek a SB scenario rather than meetings with random or specific escort. Skills, physical beauty and hotness are all great. But when that extra spark isn't there, you miss it.

So will I see her again? Sure. But I will continue to look for a real SB.

Would it make any sense whatsoever to start a new thread that dealt exclusively with these kinds of issues? I know there is a wealth of information already on this particular thread, but it is tiresome to hunt it down, and there is always the danger that something gets overlooked. I"m not sure how Jackson has set things up, but could it be a sub-thread of this one? Just a thought, but it seems to me that it would be a shame not to capitalize on the accumulated knowledge and experience that is clearly here.

It might mean recovering old ground for the sake of getting it all in one place, but I would be willing to do my part. That way any newbies could be directed there, and come back to us once they have tales to tell.

I think this thread would remain as the chronicle of fucking sugarbabies. How to do it, how I did it (aka chest thumping) , the one that got away, how to do it better, all that stuff.

But security measures are applicable to all kinds of mongering.

Yes, there are different levels of credit reports.

The credit bureaus are not what anyone serious uses to check on you. Accurent (not sure of spelling) is the one of choice, along with Lexis-Nexus and a couple others. These are also used by employers as well, (UPS, as an example) and others.

To avoid SO's (and others) from discovering a SB or other arrangement, either do as one of the previous poster said and have the other person set up an account and make deposits into it if you can. Use cash, not a check or credit card transfer.

However, a friend of mine advised me that SOME major hotel chains will not accept a debit card at check in. It does not "establish credit" with the hotel. Some, or course, do not care.

If your SB sets up a prepaid debit card using Green Dot, you can always purchase with cash a "MoneyPak" and load their Green Dot card that way. You will need the number to do so, but it's an option.

As for reserving a room, try this approach. Go to the library or use your secure computer and go to Priceline. Com, use "Name Your Own Price" and use the SB's prepaid card. If your deal is accepted the room is prepaid on that card.

That has worked for me perfectly in the past.

Not sure if it's helpful, but I took it one step further. I have a product called "Folder Lock". It hides a directory and all other kinds of fun stuff. I then installed Firefox on that directory. I use stealth mode, so I have to hit key strokes to bring up the software to open the directory. This allows me to keep all my bookmarks, etc.

As for the home front, I have a laptop that I use that is separate from the house computer, and my SO has her own lap top that she uses. I make certain to always use the "private browsing" option when doing anything SB related, and always close everything down at the end. In addition, I have set my preferences in both browsers to erase everything upon closing. I have a paper-less, online statement only credit card that my SO is unaware of that I use for all SD-related billing, such as hotels, meds, SA subscriptions etc, and pay cash for everything else unless it is impossible to do so.

For contacting babies, I have a dedicated email account, with a "name" in the address that is play on my fake SA name, which I crafted based on a Whitepages search of names in my area. There is, in fact, some poor shmo who has the same name as I have taken, and is approximately my same age, but I'm guessing has not fucked as many babies as I have. I have set up a facebook page under that same name, with very little info on it, just in case the baby googles my SA name. I have a private photo on my profile that is permission-only access, and it is a picture I took myself in the mirror, so it can't be tin-eyed to anywhere else. Similarly, I have a photo I send from my email address that likewise appears no where else.

On the bank account thing.

I'm going to have my SB open an account in her name at a bank that I can easily deposit money into (She's in Md, I'm in Va). This will get her a debit card to pay for hotel rooms, etc. I do have my own private account for my personal spending, but this provides me another level of security since we are meeting on a frequent basis. I don't want that many hotel / hotwire account purchases showing up. .

A little further information on the issue of a debit / checking account card showing up on your credit report: apparently it will not. I should have been clearer in the beginning that the card I use for baby activity is a debit card that is linked to a savings account that I opened without my SO's knowledge, and whose statement only appears on line.

This keeps it as UTR as such a thing can be, but it would be child's play, apparently, if leo or an attorney wanted to find it. Right now, thankfully, that is not a concern for me.

I assume, however, that a true credit card, no matter where the statements appear, would show up on a credit report.
