Saw the same tall blonde with short spiked hair and tats late afternoon to early evening. She was wearing white shorts. Cruising thru the ave early this morning, spotted a few regulars. Saw Megan that was recently reviewed near the Huntingdon stop. By the time I circled around she was gone. Spotted a tall blonde with very short kinda spiked hair and a few tattoos around the same area. Looked good but I passed. Went north, saw Holly out at her usual spot, and brunette Rachel by the 7-11. Slim pickings for the morning drive. Returned for the rush hour run, and the police presence was very heavy the entire length of the ave. Spotted the "Kat" that was pictured here earlier but when I circled around she was gone. Better luck next time. Also saw Jenn near the walgreens store. First, let me apologize for the delay in submitting this report. Had some computer problems and been busy at work, but here goes. I was in Philly a couple of weeks ago.
