Posts: 44Review. Red Dragon in Medford
I TOFFT at Red Dragon in Medford recently. There is some on-street 1-hour and 2-hour parking near there, but can be pretty hard to find. The mamasan suggested I part at the nearby CVS or in a bank's parking lot.
I drew Lulu, a 40-50 slim provider, A- cups. Massage was mediocre, focused mostly on the back. Not arms, legs, or glutes. The back "massage" was cut short by the phone and she returned after answering the call with a hot towel. One tiny hot towel then flip. Some gentle rubbing on the torso with no teasing or hint of any extras. After guiding her hands to where I wanted, she finished it off pretty mechanically, all the while saying that they don't normally do this there. Minimal OTC roaming.
Will not repeat. Total damage. 6+.4

You're welcome.
Your problem is more w / being cheap. If you don't have the funds, then don't go.

I've had several providers tell me that time is money and they expect a tip accordingly for longer sessions. Then again, I've had numerous times where the provider went way over time and when I tried to tip more was told no, not necessary. If owner is provider and the house is higher than usual, I don't tip at all as there is that old adage that you never tip the owner but in certain cases where I see the owner, and the house is standard, I always tip well as the experience is excellent (and somehow gets better every time, if that is possible).

Point is, tipping is relative to circumstance; there are some basic guidelines one should follow in fairness to the provider but beyond that its a personal matter. That said, common sense will tell you that if you cheap out, don't expect to have fun a second time.
JMHO.

Ummm. Obviously though you and the masseuse DIDN'T agree on what was a FAIR tip.

So, save more, frequent less. Pay what is appropriate.

Posts: 157Thank you for your professional advice. In fact, I DO recognize my problem and I AM getting help. Recognizing the problem is the first step in fixing it. It sucks looking back over the years and realizing I have spent thousands of dollars for HJ's. I am trying my best to limit my visits. This is a tough addiction to break. If you doubt me, see how long you can go without a HJ at a MP. Then tell me that it's a "hobby" rather than an addiction.

I always pay the standard tip for a one hour session and would tip more for a 90 minute session if the session was very good and the house fees for 60 and 90 minute sessions were the same.

No carpool but the MBTA commuter rail stops in providence and it's only about a 10-15 min walk to 1spa. It is $7. 75 (seven dollars & seventy five cents) each way.

Just because you don't post telling people to do I search or basically post of no value, anyone can do that and put up a 100.

Posts: 157Limiting the Damage of an Addiction
Flame me all you want, but the reality is that you (and I) all have an addiction. You can rationalize it as a "hobby," but that just makes you feel better about your addiction. Stamp collecting is a hobby. What you and I are engaged in is an addiction. Given the fact that we cannot control this impulse, I try not to let the financial impact devastate my family and our ability to pay our bills. I will continue to frequent the establishments where the masseuse and I both agree that the tip is fair.

Probably a strange request / idea, but is there an OS carpool? I can think of many reasons why this would be a bad idea, but thought I would ask.

To answer your question, I believe 25 posts is the magic number to become senior. I believe a mod reviews your post history before you're actually made senior, but 25 is the "number" part of the equation.
