I usually go for an hour. And yeah it is much more expensive but I enjoy the setup a lot more, very similar to the k agency I used to use in California. M&Y Spa (now known as Orchid) is located near the intersection of West Oak Ridge Road and Lake Ellenor Drive. You can find it on Google more easily using M&Y as there are many businesses using the Orchid name. Please use the ampersand (instead of "and" in the Google search). The AMP is very visible from the road at the above described intersection.
