I stopped by about a week ago. I noticed that the Allstate office next door was closed and that QQ's open sign was off. Called them and was told that they were open and come in. The service was the same as previously so I won't go into that but I noticed on the CCTV monitors a lot of construction workers going in and out of the former insurance office.
