That's weird that Yuki didn't even ask if you had an appointment before walking you to the room. I appreciate you admitting the truth that you didn't have an appointment. Not sure what happened to Yuki the other day based on the earlier review, but when I saw Yuki last week, she was a total sweetheart for the entire hour.
