What I want to know is did he get caught looking at listings on his phone did they see text messages or was he caught in the act.

Based on the report, he more than likely solicited an uncover cop on the street. For whatever reason, he then drove away. He was pulled over for a "moving violation". During questioning, he made an admission of offering money. He was arrested.

Crazy the attention that a street pickup gets once it's a felony. I'm sure the provider flipped on him, once LEO told her she couldn't be charged, and could collect some cash. Remember. Remain silent. Nothing you say is going to talk you out of being charged. Preserve your lawyer's ability to defend you.

I have a friend in Danville so I may be up that way sooner than later. He has women but he is old school. I don't think his women are providers but more of just girls he deals with. However, he was raised in the area and I am certain he probably knows what good offer may be up that way. As far as Sasa is concerned, could you PM details about her or at least a link. Sometimes it's just good to find something new. Hopefully the town will flourish off of the casino and the area could attract spinners and just good quality ladies. I've spent enough time and cash to fund a small expedition, and all I have to show for it is a serious case of buyer's remorse. Apparently, some people on Danville board are thrilled with the options, but maybe they just don't know any better. We, the enlightened, were spoiled by a golden age that is now over. I'm crossing my fingers for the casino to bring in some new "talent", but with this economy, I think my chances are better with a scratch-off ticket.

Agree, not excited about talent in Danville, and that casino has been hit & miss for me. Out of several visits, only once had an encounter with non-pro. Again that's was one in six visits.

Simply put, they changed the law covering Solicitation. Charging # 14.205. 1. It's now elevated to a Felony, and has the special provision that affords no Prayer For Judgment, meaning the judge can't allow you to plead down to a lesser and can't reduce your mandatory jail sentence in months upon conviction. The legal standard is agreeing to or making a proposal and / or showing up to the location of prostitution. Having viewed a STG ad and calling the provider constitutes the 'agreeing to a proposal' part (lowest legal standard in the country). Providers can no longer be charged for Solicitation.

Prostitution. Charging # 14.204 This is generally the only way providers can be charged, but only after actually committing an act. Essentially the cops would have to see you in the act or one of you would have to admit it. Mongers can also be charged with prostitution. This is the same misdemeanor as before 12/1/24.

Since you can't make a deal to get out of the felony, your only shot is to be acquitted. It is imperative that you preserve every legal argument for your attorney to make for you. You must not make any statements. Your only word when questioned should be "LAWYER". They will be encouraging the provider to flip on you, as she can't be charged as long as an act hasn't yet occurred. The new provisions enable her to collect reparatory damages from you, so she won't be your ally after the cops tell her this. Your attorney will have lots of tools to fight with if you haven't made any statements. If these prosecutions become a grind for the's they will be less likely to prosecute cases where defendants have lawyered up. It's important for all of us that they don't make easy layups.

I've been scoping out the Viginia Forums. Seems Richmond is one of the drier areas. Roanoke, Lynchburg, Fredericksburg all OK. Northern VA has tons.

On 95 just over the NC / SC border has good spots.
