I recall Mercedes Ashley used to dance at tropical lei club.

I recall back in the 2000's Spearmint Rhino was in the business of featuring adult performers on weekends. I've personally seen Tera Patrick, Shay Sights and Xxxena. There was also Lisa Ann and Jenna Jameson. They would perform two or three shows, sell their merchandise and provided lap dances. The shows were pretty tame because I'm guessing due to strict California guidelines. However I like them because the club would play longer songs for the house dancers giving a better lap dance experience. I'm guessing they have been phased out due to lack of interest, performers demanding more money and house dancers complaining performers cutting into their business.

They happen every Friday and Saturday in Expose in SD. It's not my thing but worth checking out for the novelty. On those days, the have a professional photographer who then picks photos to upload on their website. WTF! So don't sit at the tip rail if you mind that. After the show the star girl will give lap dances, same as any other girl.

Other days, it's chill. It's not my type of club, girls are anything goes there are no standards. One girl dances with a butt plug to give you an idea of what flies.

I think what makes it work is the owner is very hands on with promoting this and it's central to their club. Differentiates it for guys looking for an interesting experience with a new draw each week. Expose in SD offers hookah, slushies, cigars, snacks, all kinds of things besides dances. And the dances are 20 each and good mileage. Only reason I don't go is I prefer looks over mileage, which I can get more of at Cheetah's just 3 minutes away. There's also Candy shop another 3 minutes down the same street, they serve alcohol so totally different vibe, like Satin in COI where you chat with girls and buy them drinks. With dances and VIP being some afterthought even though it's still the main draw and money maker. I'm a simple man, I just want dances with the most beautiful girls so that would be Cheetah's and Spearmint Rhino COI. Hope that helps.

I'll join the chorus here. I now only go to Synn like once every month or two, and more to watch the customer freak show. It's become like DVCOI used to be (as xBiker noted below), just a clown show but with hotter, less freaky dancers. Hotter physically at least, because their attitude / conversation skill is like going to a Special Ed Taco Bell. It's really pathetic; but that's why we are please I guess since I keep going and hope it will miraculously change LOL.

Totally agree the girls at Synn mostly don't know their job or how to sell. It comes with being new. There is such turnover and some girls are still figuring out the Kim's club system. Sooner or later it dawns at each girl that they're being paid minimum wage and the VIPs make almost nothing (the first VIP a shift literally covers their minimum wage). This plays weird on them psychologically but in any case they realize you make real money doing extras. Only girls who get a ton of dances and VIPs can justify doing things clean. It's exactly why some girls will tour since this is more a California thing. The margins are higher most other states due to classification making them subject to minimum wage and benefits. I know a few girls who tour Vegas and come back, but they have to be solid dancers to justify it. Even with girls that make good money in Vegas, it is tiring and there is a ticking clock on how long they can do it well.

For my part I check out these clubs for nostalgia. It doesn't cost much to poke your head in and see what's up once or twice a year. For bangs, as some know I only do korgs now. Since it's so easy to find bbfs there with every act you want, bbbj standard. I remember years back there were a couple of COI girls who would do bb. Agreed. I think most of us who go through the hassle of signing up for a strip club message board and monitor it aren't these simps and whales. We're just random dudes who enjoy the strip club world moreso than the average dude and try to max our ROI. Simps don't know any better, and whales don't give a crap about saving a few hundred bucks.

Also got to take in mind these girls don't think like most men. Most guys will try to make the most amount of money with the amount of time we are willing to work (max out value.) Some girls think this way, most don't. They think "I'm good with making $500 tonight. If I get it from 1 guy great, I'm done and and chill out the rest of the night and play on my phone. " They don't think "Okay I'm here for 8 hours, almost all guys say yes with $100 so if I can get 2 of those an hour I'll make $1,600 tonight. " NOPE. "$500 tonight I'm good. ".

Another difference in thinking is bodycount. Us guys can have sex with 1,000 women and still be mentally fine; one can argue be in a better headspace. Women don't have the same proclivity to numerous sex partners, some do, most don't. They'd rather get banged out by 1 dude for $500 than 16 dudes for $1,600.

So glad I was around for COI's and REE's Golden Era; I spent a shit-ton of cash but not in one place and I got a LOT of return. I hate the escort & agency hassles, but it's the better option now since it helps limit the morons who overpay for the convenience of a Kim club.

I believe the Queen of the crew managed her money well. She drove a sensible 2013/4/5 Accord in 2021. She didn't seem to blow it all off like Aria on travels etc.

While driving a nice car doesn't mean you don't manage money well, I would say driving a reasonable car when you make good money is a HIGH indicator of proper management.

She was the only one of them that had any kind of personality. With me at least. Even when I usually couldn't hit her number was pleasant. I did catch her one time rare at Bare elegance that I still think about.
