IMHO. This would be a great resource for everyone in NOVA. Some of us have reasons to be very careful and some of us don't. OK, I'll start:

My friend just came back from Japan and Korea two months ago, he told me a lot of mongering experiences in Japan and South Korea. I did not say all high end soaplands would not accept foreigners, but most still do not. Maybe more soaplands will accept foreigners in the future.

It's true but not entirely truth for all individual. It depends on their circumstance.
