They're looking for 60 which is what the SH girls, and most others, expect for a happy ending. If you give them 60 they're ok with it. But most of us would consider 40 a good tip for massage only. I'm just assuming but they probably think your tip will be in line with a normal massage. Same reason that FS providers might not like a customer asking for HE. They're there to make as much money as possible with each appointment, doing up to the max that they're comfortable, or willing, to do. I bet they wouldn't complain if you tip upfront the amount for a HE and only ask for a massage. Then again I can also see how giving a legit massage could be more work than giving a HE, LOL.
