This site makes money from advertising revenue and they don't need the forums to be a place where you need to "earn your stripes" to get actionable information. New users would never return.

Go to a place and post in plain English where it is, what happened, and who it was with. Simple. When and why is not as important.

I've found it an easy way to quickly see if the "level" of service is what I'm after.
