I went back with her 4 or 5 times because I truly enjoyed my time, the experience itself was very good even if the price was firm and higher than normal. Fav dim sum items when I go anywhere are:

1. Char siu item. I prefer puffs, where they bake them with flaky puff pastry. A plain baked bun is next. Steamed white fluffy buns are last.

2. Fried taro dumplings, the kind with the brown crispy shell with the purple soft interior filled with ground pork, mushroom, and gravy. Like a little croquette, yum.

3. Fried mochi dumplings, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside with meat and gravy.

The other items are all good but on similar tiers. I'm more of a fried over steamed guy, but I still like steamed, it's not like I'm passing up the har gow.

3. In & Out - Double double animal style. Last time having one was when I missed a connection in LAX. Went out to the In&Out near the airport (it was packed) and ate outside while watching planes land and take off.

4. 5 Guys - Little cheeseburger all the way, no mushrooms add raw onions. It's only ok. Fries are only ok as well.
