Yup Ravensburg is right. For any decent provider around here an hour is 200. Shit when brandy was providing, I think her hour was 200 and that was like 3-4 years ago when I did an hour with her. If not it was 180.

This is incorrect. The starting rate for an hour in Cleveland is 200. Please post a link to a reviewed provider willing to spend an hour of their time for 150. Higher end providers who insure a more reliable, safe, and enjoyable experiences start at 300-400.
