I'm glad you raised that question because it gets to the heart of why we should avoid over-complaining, organizing boycotts, or otherwise trying to disrupt the business. Let's bump it up to 10%. Do you think people would have such a problem if cancellation fee was 10% of the visit fee?

Conversely, do you think people would visit a doctor who'd charge 10 k for cancellation fee? These are rhetorical questions. I can't off top of my head name any business or industry in which the cancellation fee would be equal to service fee. Help me out here, please.
