If you pay them and they like you, sure, they may give you discounts or extras (right now, I have two UTR K-girls that only take 200 from me but allow Greek and video, even though they don't do that with anyone else), but you still have to pay them. I don't think it has to be a blanket "this culture's women are better than this other culture's women" type of thing. Latina women are great in some ways, and Korean women are great in other ways. There is some overlap too, of course. But there's also a reason you can't do what you do with Latina women in other countries here in the US (in general; if you're taking a woman in a shitty economic situation here and making her happy with a box of See's chocolate, odds are it doesn't matter what culture she's from, it's the fact that she's struggling financially that's the deciding factor).
