I went there a few weeks ago to see Lala, best part about this place is they are usually open very late and have a few pse girls and the rates are decent. Saw Laura myself at ddy, I can see why the rates are so high with this one. If she was 280/360/420 or so I'd repeat but at 400/500 there are plenty of better options on the market. But I don't think she's as firm as noted, YMMV plays a huge factor but I got a sample test run before she reneged to 200/300. I think on repeat visits and she likes you there's a potential to be under MSRP, but you really need to hit all the check marks for her. She almost got me to bite with the sample but big head took over and said NOPE, LOL.
