1.) use intel before you go. Use this source and Bedpage to narrow down your search. Places that offer extras on Bedpage will usually advertise in " Escort" sections with lots of tells, I,e. BBFS, BBBJ, Open Minded, etc.

First: there aren't cameras in the room.

Second: if the place is reviewed you will know what is available just by reading the reviews. Don't grope, but do touch their leg while face down. Sometimes this is all they need and will ask you to flip. A lot of time they will ask what you want. Point to the mouth or cooter if you don't really know them. Hand signals work just fine.
